Repeat Prescriptions

If you take medication on a long-term basis you may request a repeat prescription by:

  • Dropping the request off at reception.
  • Posting your request.
  • Ordering prescriptions online via the link at the top of this page. If you wish to use this service, please ask for a username and password via reception.
  • Asking your local pharmacy to order for you.

We do not accept prescriptions via telephone.

We aim to have prescriptions ready within 48 hours.

You are responsible for your own medication.  Please remember to order in plenty of time, and our staff are not to blame if you run out of medication.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
